Whole-Body Physical Therapy That Helps You Move Forward

Thoughtful, one-on-one care designed to uncover the root cause of symptoms and support lasting change.

We Do Things Differently

Most people come to physical therapy because something doesn’t feel right — but they’re often left with more questions than clarity.

At Breakthrough Physical Therapy, we take a different approach. We look beyond isolated symptoms to understand how your body works as a whole, why certain patterns keep showing up, and what your system needs to move forward.

Care here is thoughtful, one-on-one, and designed to make sense — not rush you through or hand you a generic plan.

Thoughtful Care Starts With Listening

Every body has a story. Our job is to understand it before trying to change it.

  • You’ve tried treatment before, but still don’t feel fully better

  • Your symptoms don’t seem to “match” what you’ve been told

  • You feel stuck in pain, tension, or dysfunction

  • You want to understand why your body feels the way it does

  • You’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum, or long-term changes

This Care Is for You If…

You don’t need a diagnosis — just a sense that something isn’t quite right.

Momentum matters.

We believe movement — the right movement for your body — has the power to unlock pain, stiffness, and patterns that have kept you stuck.

Hope in Motion is more than a phrase. It’s the belief that healing is possible, that your body is capable of change, and that forward progress starts with understanding.

This is the lens we bring to every conversation, every assessment, and every plan of care.

I am very happy with my first visit with Erin. She really spent the time getting to know my situation, provided treatment that already corrected some of my issues, and developed a tailored plan that I can do at home long term.

This plan is specific to my needs to help strengthen my pelvic floor after my last birth and prepare for my next. The 2 hours we spent together were way more beneficial than the 6 sessions of pelvic floor therapy I had at a local health system during my last pregnancy.

She is personable, thoughtful, and knowledgeable - her services are well worth the cost!

Erin is absolutely amazing! Her calm demeanor and encouraging presence make visits with her a lovely experience. I started seeing her shortly after my 3rd baby, when I was hoping to manage PFD symptoms and daily pain.

I could never have imagined then that with consistent work and Erin's expert guidance, I would be symptom-free in daily life and able to squat a barbell at 26-weeks pregnant with no PFD symptoms!

Erin is truly an excellent PT, and I cannot recommend her enough.

Rachel C.

I had a wonderful experience working with Dr. Tanner. She was knowledgeable, compassionate, and took the time to listen to my concerns.

I felt supported throughout the process and saw significant improvement. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking care for breastfeeding and postpartum recovery.
